Opening '05 Off Season Power Rankings

This is the first installment of what I hope will be a weekly feature (it'll depend on feed back and the intrusions of real life).

This round is based mainly on finishing order of the '04 season, slightly modified by my beliefs, gut feelings and bias.

Teams will be given points ranging from -2 to +2 for moves they make during this off season.
